Dear Ricka,  I have a navy blue serge to be made and should like to have it made right away.  Do you think you could come up this Sat. A.M., Dec 18th, on the 9.25 train and cut & fit it and then take it home with you.  It is to be plain—no trimming.

Lovingly Yours B. H. F.

On the 1910 U.S. Census, Ricka Simpson, a widow and private nurse was living in Basking Ridge.
