Dear THSSH members,
The THSSH membership directory is a membership benefit that is provided to all members. The directory makes it easy for us to remain connected to each other. In this age of digital communication, printed directories are often overlooked. However, when we polled our Trustees, we found they use the directory more often than not when they want to reach out to you. We can assume that you may use the directory to reach out to others in the same manner.
It’s now time to provide members with an updated membership directory. This new directory will be mailed to you later this year. The new directory will include the full contact information we have on file for you – name, street address, home phone number, cell phone number, email address.
As an added benefit, this updated directory will also include any degree or expertise you would like published, such as DDS; Esq; teacher; electrician; carpenter; plumber; home decorator, to name a few. You will need to provide this detail on the enclosed form as we do not currently have this information on file. THSSH reserves the right to exclude details for formatting purposes or otherwise.
IMPORTANT: We ask that you do not use this directory to solicit business. Members may contact you for your expertise if they choose to do so.
We hope to see you listed in this updated directory. If you do not wish to be included, or if you want only certain details printed, you have the option to provide this direction on the enclosed form.
Please indicate on the following form the detail(s) you do NOT want published in the new directory, as well as the degree or expertise you do want included with your contact information. If you do not wish to complete this form online, simply print it, complete it, and mail the form back to us: The Historical Society of the Somerset Hills, P.O. Box 136, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920. If we have not heard from you by August 31, 2019, we will print the full contact information we have for you on file.
